The cutest bookstore, they have a pretty big selection of books as well as many handmade items from local artisans. There were book earrings made from paper-mache & some made from resin. Little crochet bookmarks, lots of stickers, etc. I really enjoyed looking around and the girls that were working that day were very kind and friendly!

A wonderful bookstore; every time I come in I have such a great experience, everyone is so kind and helpful. I love ordering books online here and picking up in person too, the process is easy, quick and provides updates along you order!

I adore this book store and have been coming here for the past 3 years. They have a wide range of books, and even if they don't have something, they always offer to order it for you. I have interacted with 3 or 4 different employees and all have been absolutely lovely with solid recommendations--they've never let me down! I highly recommend any book lover to check them out and ask about any upcoming events that they have going on. This business is such a great addition to the community

There are some businesses which stand out as pillars of the community and lala books is emphatically one of them. A sizable and varied selection, including children's books, and local authors. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I especially love the little hidden back room full of used books. Will definitely be pre-ordering through them in the future and they are my primary bookshop of choice.

A two-librarian household can spend a lot of time haunting bookshops. Lala is definitely one of the great ones. Small enough to feel cozy, big enough for surprises, great little treats like stickers and cards and games. It is a valuable part of downtown and builds community one interaction at a time.
